The course is structured into three main phases, each designed to support a safe, intentional, and transformative psychedelic-assisted journey.
Phase One: Orientation & Assessment
This initial phase introduces course-takers to the platform, outlines the course structure, and establishes the foundation for an informed and ethical experience. Participants will complete initial psychometric assessments to help determine their current state of well-being and readiness. Informed consent and safety guidelines are also thoroughly reviewed to ensure clarity and confidence moving forward.
Phase Two: Pre-Psychedelic Preparation
In this phase, participants are guided through a reflective process to clarify their intentions, explore personal goals, and examine the current state of their inner and outer lives. This deep preparatory work is essential for cultivating openness, emotional resilience, and self-awareness before entering an altered state of consciousness.
Phase Three: Post-Journey Integration
The core of the course consists of eight weekly integration modules, each blending body-based practices, cognitive and emotional tools, and soul-centered reflections. Participants will explore various themes and techniques to help ground insights, process emotions, and apply newfound perspectives to daily life. This phase ensures that the psychedelic experience becomes a catalyst for real, embodied change—one that continues to unfold long after the journey itself.
Each phase is designed to support a holistic, trauma-informed, and personally meaningful path of growth.
